How to change your windows xp/vista taskbar to a mac osx taskbar

READ FIRST: before anyone even tries this. There are no viruses in it, but from what i have been hearing this tutorial might not work for all users. When i made the tutorial i made it on a computer running windows xp sp2. I think this tutorial should work for 75% of you guys. No harm done in trying though. Here’s a video that you guys have been requesting for a really long time.
